NGC 6960 - Witch's Broom Nebula

NGC 6960, the Witch's Broom Nebula, the incredibly faint western segment of the Veil Nebula in the constellation Cygnus about 1,400 light years from Earth.

This image comprises about 8 hours of images taken through L, R, G, B and Hydrogen-alpha filters. The star field has been subdued to accentuate the nebula. Taken in Samphran, Thailand with an Officine Stellare RH300 f/3.0 scope and FLI PL29050 camera cooled to -30C.
